Short version. If you give us your phone number, you are agreeing that we and the law firms we work with may call or email you about your inquiry, including with automated systems. This disclosure does not give consent to any text messages. You do not have to agree to this to use the site, and you can stop it at any time by telling us on a call or emailing privacy@legalleadz.ai. This does not apply to our customer care text line or to the inquiry forms on legalleadz.ai; we do not text numbers from those forms (see section 1).
Our text line and our legalleadz.ai inquiry forms are not covered by this disclosure. We do not send text messages to phone numbers submitted on the inquiry forms at legalleadz.ai. Our customer care text line, (833) 579-8724, only replies to people who text it first and is governed by our SMS Terms. Phone numbers and SMS consent from that line are never shared with Partner Firms or any other third party.
This disclosure explains how Legal Leadz LLC ("Legal Leadz AI," "we," "us," or "our"), together with the independent attorneys and law firms we deliver inquiries to ("Partner Firms"), may contact you after you submit your phone number, email address, or other contact information through a form, landing page, chat, or click-to-call feature on our sites.
It is given under the Telephone Consumer Protection Act, 47 U.S.C. 227, and the regulations under it, along with state telemarketing and call recording laws. It supplements our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service, and both are incorporated here.
When you submit a form on one of our sites, you give your prior express written consent to be contacted by Legal Leadz AI and by Partner Firms at the phone number and email address you provide, even if that number appears on a federal, state, or company do-not-call list.
That consent covers contact about your inquiry, your potential legal matter, and related services.
We and Partner Firms do not send text messages under this disclosure, and no consent to receive text messages is given or collected here. Calls and emails may come from us, from a Partner Firm, or from a service provider acting for either of us.
You do not have to agree to automated calls to use our sites or to reach us. If you would rather not receive them, contact us directly using the details at the end of this page.
How often you hear from us depends on your inquiry and on any ongoing conversation with a Partner Firm.
You can withdraw your consent at any time, by any reasonable method, including:
Withdrawing consent does not undo calls or emails already sent, and it can take a short time to take effect across our systems and those of Partner Firms. If a Partner Firm has already contacted you, ask them directly as well, since they keep their own records.
Calls with us or with a Partner Firm may be recorded or monitored for quality, training, and compliance. If you do not want to be recorded, say so at the start of the call and you can give us your information in writing instead.
Legal Leadz AI is a marketing company. We are not a law firm and we do not give legal advice. Submitting a form does not create an attorney-client relationship, and no such relationship exists unless a firm agrees to represent you in a signed agreement.
Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages, and we are not responsible for delays or failures in delivery.
We may update this disclosure. Any new version is posted here with a new date, and submitting information after that date means you accept it.
